The large mature garden with old roses, interesting and unusual plants, including many varieties of snowdrop provides interest throughout the year

Church farm is built on the medieval remains of Wrockwardine Manor which is mentioned in the Domesday book. Evidence of this exists in the cellar and garden excavation

Medieval stewponds still exist behind the buildings, which supplied the manor with fish
